Jigsaw4u’s team of amazing people work with children, young people and families daily to help them to put the pieces back together.

Vacancies:

Specialist Support Practitioner (Kingston & Richmond Counselling Service)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Specialist Support Practitioner to join our Kingston & Richmond Counselling Service. This rewarding role focuses on delivering targeted emotional wellbeing support to children and young people, helping them navigate challenges such as anxiety, low mood and life transitions.

Jigsaw4u’s Specialist Support Practitioner will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based counselling support to 8–18 year olds, working in partnership with CAMHS and local services. You will build strong relationships with young people, families and professionals, ensuring each individual receives the support they need in a timely and effective way. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about early intervention, thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to improving outcomes for children and young people.

📍 Kingston & Richmond (community-based, with travel across both boroughs)

🪙 £27,000 – 31,000 FTE (Dependant on experience)

🕟 Full-time (35 hours per week)
