Service-user Eligibility

For: Children or young people who are looked after, have a special Guardianship order, or are being adopted.
Eligibility (For): Children or young people who have been Adopted or have a Special Guardianship Order
Eligibility (Referral Criteria): Referrals can be made by a social care professional through Spot Purchase commissioning, please click the below button to learn more about commissioning our services. For families, we suggest you ask your social worker to contact us on your behalf.
