Nathaniel Wood is our Mental Health Ambassador and is a UFC professional MMA Athlete.
He joined us at Jigsaw4u to speak with one of our young people, Kaine, about his personal journey with mental health and what might cause issues for those facing complex social and emotional difficulties across South West London.
